Gmail have Theme'd !

I just get signed into Gmail and guess what?

Now it can use to generate theme, or so called mail skin.
Haha, there are quite a number of choice to select. And is fast to apply to, can see the changes instantly as well.

To apply skin/theme, simply go to Setting > Theme

For few theme like Planet, you can actually make time setting, the theme will change according to your location in Earth. But they still have not given the choice for other planet, so those living in Mars,Venus, Jupiter or Pluto, can just only use simple one. High Speed Gene Sequencing, using True Single Molecules Sequencing (tSMS)

Hey guys, Check this out! 

New way for gene sequencing and it was design for speed. They're using SOLiD 3 system, and will have more improvements. 

The method is called tSMS, True Single Molecules Sequencing. 

1. tSMS using single strand 100-200 nt strand, and generate the TAAA tails with a fluorescence A end. These strand served as template. 

2. Then these templates will be hybridize to a flow cell, that treated with billions of helico-T capture site.

3. After hybridization, using laser to illuminate the successful hybridize strand. They then using CCD camera to capture the illumination. 

4. Then, the fluorescence A will be washed away. 

5. Now being the repentance process of adding fluorescence nucleotides A,C,G,T (one at a time) and continue the process of binding, illuminate, visual capturing, and adding next nucleotides again and again, until the end.

I just feel they're awesome.

Here perhaps write something about the last two days in Kuching.

First of all that, my trip to Kuching was not holiday, Sadly even now is the starting of school holiday, I'm going there for work! T.T

The trip consists of two person which the objective is to provide training to Malaysia Coco Board about the Photosynthesis System. Obviously one of the two is me who in-charge for the product and will give the full training to them, and the other is my senior named Tracy who is follow because she is also the person who involve in dealing the case. I also would like to Thanks Nicole! without her help in dealing the shipping problems, the goods may long-gone somewhere. 

Since the destination is Kuching that located in Borneo Island, we need to take aeroplane. There is no bus or boat or ferry or superbike or super-bicycle or LRT or KTM service that provide transportation in between KL and Sarawak.

Its shame to tell that this is my first time traveling by plane. Keke.
So, my virgin fly was given Air Asia already.



What I observed is, their flight attendants is quite pretty and handsome (hmm, as I early found from their website that they're hiring flight attendant for male and female, should I make a serious consideration? Wakaka)

Another thing I observed is, the female flight attendant were mostly having a heavy make-up on their pretty face. And I saw their order menu in front of the sit, there got promoting for Silky Girl cosmetic. Is it they're using Silky Girl cosmetic for their make-up? Its like no need money and draw on the face one.

However, while I enjoy the on-time flight and reach my destination safely.

Sarawak is a big big land really. Their round-about said it all. And Kuching town is also not small. When first reach there, Mr. Rodney who is the Director of buyer/middle-man company come and fetch us and become our tour-guide.

He is an 50 yo man of Iban-Chinese, but with Malay name. Truly friendly. Talkative. Full of Experience. Sincere. Humble. Also Hardworking. And what I surprise is, he already a grandfather of two grandson, holly!

In these two day, from him, I've learn quite alot about doing business. Especially in Kuching/Sarawak. Their method of dealing is totally different, and not that easy. Mr. Rodney is also a multipurpose man. His possessed great knowledge of plantation, and fertilizer. Some machinery are also within his expertise. He is also a PCO of Sarawak football, which I don't know what is PCO mean. He is a volunteer of JPA. and lot lot more. One thing is, he like sell durian (as part time job he said), where the point is, durian profit good! wakaka.

Ok, first day of the training was not much, mainly I teach Mr. Osman (Who is the Research Officer and Manager for LKM Kuching, LKM= Lembaga Koko Malaysia) and his two siblings, his research assistants that he will train up to be a expert plant physiologist. Mr. Osman is a experienced man in physiology of Coco Tree. He do teach me a bit of the Coco Tree knowledge, haha. Feel so honor. ^^

I also feel abit pressure to provide the training to him and his team. Thanks God the training still ok.

At night, we have dinner with Mr. Osman they all and Mr. Rodney was the one who pay (For the whole two day, any expenses was paid by him, omg..). Then after having dinner he bring us to round the Kuching city area. Kuching was uniquely having two bandaraya, where one is DBKU (Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara) and MBKS (Majllis Bandaraya Kuching Selatan). DBKU head is a Malay, and MBKS head is a chinese. They doing very great job in making Kuching a nice and clean place. Mr. Rodney have told me many kind of Building. He seems to know all of them, and belong to who, and how is their background. OMFG! how he know these all??>.<>

Okay, after finish round-round-round, he send us back to the hotel. But was then follow Tracy's customer go out again. This time he bring us a place like pub I think? Cause there got some serving as cocktails and other liquors, and in-front of the stage have some lady singing. The place is located inside Hilton Hotel, named Senso (If not wrong). At there, I ordered my first martini to drink, Apricot Martini. Oo~ quite nice. haha. But my face get abit flush, cause I'm not used to be a drinker. It's dangerous cause I may easily get raped by people. Hoiyoyo.. XD But he also the all-do kind of trading person like Mr. Rodney. Even wash the bridge also involve him! OMFG!

The next day, we going for the next section training where I let them have some hand-on experience and On-field testing.

And once everything done, we having a lunch together all in J&J, a grade A famous restaurant in Kuching. After lunch, Mr. Rodney bring us round the Kuching area again. Because it was just 3pm, and our flight time is 5.30pm, it still early lar. 

Mr. Rodney is really many experience to share with us. I really want to learn how he can talk so much! hahaha.. 

The flight back to Kuching was by Air Asia air bus also. This time for sure, the female flight attendants really use silky girl cosmetic make-up. Man... they colour they eye so deep X.X 

But still they all very pretty and charming.

There is something to add up where, when I queuing up and waiting on boarding the plane. I saw a familiar face come in a hurry and go to behind of the que. When I in the plane, I see him the second time. For sure now, is Kenny Sia. haha, how a coincidence to meet this blogger celebrity. Aiks, so damn that I don't have a VCD (Visual Capturing Device), if not I will go snap a picture with him. wakakakka

I think there may be some event in KL for him again. =)
Waiting for his post and see what is happening. Hahaha

Nice Music and Business Info in 89.9, B-FM!

Due to the boringness of repeatedness playing of same music on most radio, and some are quite boring about information and hosting style.. I've decided the luck to tune tune the radio, to find my long lost soul.

And Yes! I've explore out a frequency that ngam my taste. WakaKaka..

It's 89.9 called BFM.

Yea, I know it sound weird. The name is BFM. I think may be is from Business FM.

I've been attracted by the music played in there. So nice!! So smooth~~ and so listening~~ ^^

Inside there actually is meant for business info-zone.
But I not yet really hear much about it.
There also have ads about taking good care of your children, make sure don't let them be kidnap or gone some where else.
May be the station is still new, not much ads in there. Mostly are music. And their music is Great!!

But I think if for those updated people may not feel special about the music, because mostly are quite oldies. Where the oldies have the taste like Kopi O gao gao~~

Improve Maxis Wifi Huawei E220 Modem Signal, in Marccus way~

So.. last time when I first subscribe the Maxis broadband and used in Taman Puncak Kinrara that time I can "lansi" people cause I get very fast connection speed.
But now, after I moved to Taman Wawasan, thing have changed...
The connection went bad.. loosing connection become frequent case..
Even orang jahat also lansi me back liao >.< ||| How can it be!! So, the so called abit brilliant little cute Marccus come out a little lame idea. To improve the connection signal!! The mission began.. x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x Actually recently, I've watch a nice movie called "Eagle Eye" site 1, site 2.



Hoiyo, Brilliant I tell you how intelligent the computerized world it can be, when the city is fully coated by circuit board, human breath the wavelength as air, and how the Super Duper Artificial Intelligent World Defence Hot Chick Voice Commander Controlling Center (S.D.A.I.W.D.H.C.V.C. Center a.k.a. the Eagle Eye in the movie) help the USA army to judge decision that lead to victory and peace in military. (Want to know more then just go watch it! =) really a not bad one)

and there is one scene I tell you that holly impress me is the Eye-killing diamond explosion scenario. Where they are so high tech until create a certain frequency to cause the small diamond to ignite the Super Duper Killing Blasting Explosion (S.D.K.B. Explosion). WoW!

So.. the idea come.. and implement..
I successfully found a small crystal bead that I found at Crystal Hill (a.k.a Bukit Melawati or Bukit Tabur) long time ago. Then I put on top of modem.



And start the hopes.
I was hopes that may be there is a special frequency adjustment ability in the crystal bead that can alter and probably create a gathering signal to gather all the lost signal around my area.
At first I was so happy because it was actually improve for the connection!

But its actually a Failed case!!!

Finally, I saw two USB cable that have been dumped by me long time ago by don't know what reason. With a Scissors.. and a minor operation.. Here come the Magic!!

Now, my new Huawei Modem look like this.


He sometimes very warm-hearted, and friendly.


Sometimes, she will shy..

So actually I also don't know he/she is a he or she.

How I work it out is actually follow the very basic concept, known as Extending Cable Method (E.C. method). You just cut and join the two USB cable, that's it. But becareful at this part, cause the inside of the cable, there have four tiny small wire which are very fragile, please treat them carefully if you're gonna follow my step. And the four wire actually have unique four different colour, which is Black, White, Green, and Red. Those people who can't differentiate these four colour, PLEASE STOP HERE!! or Consult your friend for help. Mis-connected wire may bring unnecessary sad things happen.


After you wrapped the connected cable, look like this (sorry for my skill, i know it look awfully ugly, wakaka)



After you perform the E.C. method, you can flexibly station your modem at further location and in a better signal capturing space area.

For me, I station him/her in a astro plate look-alike place, and use a strong PVC look-alike adhesive tape to stabilize the position. Now I named it "the Receiver"





The big end of the extended USB cable was actually have two head. So I can empower the E220 modem when one connection does not bring enough power.



So now I'm able to move and place the Receiver near the window (But actually the window in my room is still inside the house.. T.T).



which believe to be have a lots of lost signal out there.
By imaginary, the Receiver should actually work charmingly by attracting those lost signals. You can freely adjust the head to obtain better signal.

When it working , look like this (but you actually can't see signal, ok?)



The result is quite satisfied for me. =)
The modem now can bring up to 40 - 70KB/s DL rate (yea, but not that all time), which is improve a lots when compared to the previous. And also, there are significant drop in the losing connection syndrome (L.C.S.).

So who ever dare to try it, Just Do it!!! keke..

so.. After installed the VoxOx 1.0.0 Vista version. Let's see how it looks like.

This is menu screen the if you first time launch it. Nice huh? keke

Before you can go into access anything in VoxOx, you need to register an account.

It's free for sign up a new username. This user name do not mean for Messaging purpose, but it work something like Skype ID, and come a "phone number".
After filled all information, then you need to go and retrieve a validity check email in your mailbox.

And now, you can finally log in VoxOx.

And... before can start call or chat or do whatever thing, you need to go thru a setup process if you are a first time user.

This is the setup wizard screen. Just click "Next"


First, is for you to determine which IM client to add. It shows that VoxOx support Yahoo! messenger, ICQ, AOL, Gtalk, "Don't know what is that" and msn for now.
You are require to enter your IM username and password. It work the same as adium (mac) and digsby (windows).



Next is the social network. For now, only able to create for facebook. There show got youtube, "Don't know what in", and Live space (I think) that can be added later on.


Then is the Email add-in. There are five email client that can add, which is Yahoo! mail, Outlook (I think), Gmail, Hotmail, and AOL.


Fourth screen show the phone number that can be added. The purchase of adding the phone number here is for diverting call function.


Here, you can try to make a phone call. You see the remark star * there?
It written "New user? You have 2 hours of free call time!" Haha


When you finish the try to call, now you are on try to sms. keke..


After finish SMS to youself, the setup is done and you can start find someone to call and chat!

In the main website www.voxox.com, you can see the layout and design are charming, sexy, mysterious, elegant, etc. May be because of the blackie look.

The features stated VoxOx can be function in the way that call people, making video chatting, diverting call, voicemail, and fax. The Phone service was come with 2 hours free talk time (If you spare them some of your friends contact or yourself one =P)

For Instant messanging, there didn't stated it serve which client, and just written universal IM. So I think MSN, Yahoo!, GTalk should be available. And also it can sms and email I think.


Supported OS platform included Macs, Linux, Windows, and Mobile.

But the downloadable is now limited to Mac (67.4MB) and Window (25.1MB) users.

Current 1.0.0 version support Intel based Mac, with OSX 10.5 Leopard (-_-|| but not 10.4... why??)
For PowerPC based, they will make one available soon.

And for windows, you can install in full version as what it claimed. From Windows 95 until Vista. So if you using Windows 95 and have enough harddrive space, Yes! you can VoxOx also and go lansi the Vista users. wakakak..
